Job summary

Nedap iD Cloud in Groenlo is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the roadmap for iD Cloud Store. You will speak with retailers and store staff to uncover core problems and translate insights into concrete product decisions that improve day-to-day store operations.

You will work with cloud software, mobile apps, data and RFID, joining a global team of over 1,000 colleagues. The role offers 32–38 hours with hybrid working and a salary of €4,300–€6,000 gross per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar in software/tech.
• Experience working directly with customers or users and turning insights into product decisions.
• Ability to identify scalable solutions across multiple customers and products.
• Sufficient technical affinity to collaborate with software teams and understand trade-offs.
• Fluent English due to international customer base.

Responsibilities

• Speak with retailers and store staff to uncover the underlying problem behind initial requests.
• Identify patterns across customers and translate them into product problems and hypotheses.
• Use conversations, concepts, and prototypes to validate fit with user workflows.
• Contribute to Store roadmap priorities and align with iD Cloud direction.
• Collaborate with development with user context and technical trade-offs.
