Job summary

Versuni is seeking a Product Manager to shape the consumer-facing value propositions for Kitchen Appliances – Specialty Kitchen. You’ll analyze market dynamics, identify portfolio gaps, and steer cross-functional teams through development to ensure consumer-centric product innovations.

You’ll work with product, design, and marketing to craft compelling business cases, manage projects, and monitor post-launch performance across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field, possibly engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Strong communicator, capable of working and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience or affinity with technology-intensive or complex innovation programs.
• Affinity with food, cooking, and consumer food preparation trends is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting development of product category strategy by analyzing consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitors.
• Defining portfolio gaps, assessing opportunities, and feeding the innovation roadmap.
• Collaborating with Product Project Managers for product development projects and representing the consumer.
• Developing consumer-centric, differentiating, and compelling value propositions.
• Creating and owning the project business case to evaluate revenue, profitability, and ROI.
• Briefing marketing and design teams on assets and communications for consistent consumer-centric representation.
• Conducting post-launch analyses to sharpen competitiveness of the product portfolio.
• Monitoring market performance and managing lifecycle activities including improvements and end-of-life.
