Techleap is seeking a Product Manager for the Academic Venture Monitor (AVM). You will own the product side, from roadmap to adoption, working with the Data & Technical Lead to scale data infrastructure used by Dutch universities and research institutes.

You will engage with partners, set dashboards, classifications, and governance, and help position AVM as a national open spin-off register. English fluency and Dutch familiarity are valued; a strong narrative and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product ownership of a data product, platform, dashboard or register.
• Experience building something 0-to-1.
• Experience managing stakeholders across institutions/organisations.
• Experience driving adoption of a tool or dataset.

Responsabilités

• Own AVM product roadmap and adoption with the data lead.
• Manage partner data access, NDAs, and data collection cycles.
• Translate stakeholder needs into dashboards and classifications.
• Govern AVG/GDPR and publish the Open AVM Guide.
• Communicate insights via reports and dashboards.
