Job summary

Techleap is seeking a Product Manager for the Academic Venture Monitor (AVM) to own the product roadmap, partner relationships, and adoption across universities, UMCs, and data providers. You’ll shape the data platform, dashboards and governance in a high-impact national program.

You’ll collaborate with a Data & Technical Lead, drive GDPR governance, and translate stakeholder needs into concrete deliverables that accelerate policy and industry impact in the Dutch academic spin-off ecosystem.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product ownership of a data product or register.
• Experience building something 0-to-1.
• Experience managing stakeholders across institutions/organisations.
• Experience driving adoption of a tool or dataset.
• Knowledge of AVG/GDPR governance in multi-party contexts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a wide network of external partners and manage NDAs, agreements and access.
• Define roadmap for AVM, dashboard, classifications, and data model.
• Own GDPR governance and publish Open AVM Guide.
• Explain AVM concepts to universities, incubators, investors and government.
