Job summary

Delta seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive growth for industrial power supply products across the EMEA region. You will align with R&D, sales, marketing and supply chain to define requirements and Go-To-Market plans, while traveling to customer sites and events.

You will bring 3+ years of PM experience in power electronics, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a degree in power electrical engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in defining product strategy and launching products, preferably in power electronics.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English required for cross-border collaboration.
• Experience with industrial power supply products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain to define requirements and GTM plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and needs.
• Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
• Provide product trainings and technical guidance to regional sales and FAE teams.
• Monitor product performance and adjust priorities based on feedback and data.
• Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with global HQ on lifecycle management and localization efforts.
• Travel approximately 30% for customer visits and industry events.

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Product Manager to drive growth across the EMEA region. This role is designed for a self-driven talent who excels at bilingual (Mandarin/English) communication to lead product strategy and execution for industrial power supply portfolio in the EMEA region to satisfy market needs and accelerate business growth. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our global internal teams to deliver market-leading product strategy.

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
• Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product trainings and technical guidance.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with global headquarters on product lifecycle management and localization efforts.
• Field Engagement: Travel (approx. 30%) for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and representation at industry exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of proven project/product management experience in defining product strategy, launching products, and driving adoption (Power Supply or Electronics industry highly preferred).
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
