Job summary

Delta seeks a senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA. You will collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing and supply chain to define product requirements and go-to-market plans, and conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Travel approximately 30% is required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering, 3+ years in product management, and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven project/product management experience in defining product strategy, launching products, and driving adoption (Power Supply or Electronics industry highly preferred).
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.

  • Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with global headquarters on product lifecycle management and localization efforts.
  • Field Engagement: Travel (approx. 30%) for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and representation at industry exhibitions.
