Job summary

Level Infinite, Tencent’s global gaming brand, leads in designing CreatorHub’s product experiences for studios and creators, covering programs, campaigns, submissions, rewards and performance insights.

You will translate needs into journeys and prototypes, collaborating with engineers to deliver intuitive experiences, while evaluating AI-native features and applying user research to improve creator participation and workflows.

Qualifications

• Open to students pursuing a master’s degree or above.
• No specific major is required; marketing, computer science, or related fields are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design CreatorHub’s product experiences for creator programs, campaigns, submissions, rewards and insights.
• Translate user needs and business goals into user journeys, interactions and prototypes with engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; combine feedback with data to improve participation and workflows.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration and prototype creation and shape AI-native features.
