Level Infinite, Tencent's global gaming brand, seeks a student-focused product designer for CreatorHub. You will craft the product experience for game studios and creators, translating needs into journeys and prototypes in collaboration with engineering teams.

Applicants should have strong design fundamentals, a robust portfolio, and experience with AI-enabled design tools. Proficiency in English is required; Amsterdam location preferred for onsite collaboration.

Qualificações

• Gamer with deep understanding of player motivations and communities.
• AI native: integrate AI into everyday work and critique outputs.
• Strong product design fundamentals and a portfolio showing design decisions.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and design choices.
• Hands-on experience creating content or running a social media channel.

Responsabilidades

• Design CreatorHub’s product experience for game studios and creators, including programs, campaigns, submissions, rewards, and insights.
• Translate user needs into clear journeys, interactions, and prototypes with engineers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; combine feedback with data to improve participation and workflows.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration and prototype development.
