Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a product manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain to define requirements and go-to-market plans.

The role requires 3+ years in product management within power electronics, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements and industry events.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in power electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project/product management experience in defining product strategy, launching products, and driving adoption (Power Supply or Electronics industry highly preferred).
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
• Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product trainings and technical guidance.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with global headquarters on product lifecycle management and localization efforts.
• Field Engagement: Travel (approx. 30%) for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and representation at industry exhibitions.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
