Job summary

Bolton Group in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is seeking an ambitious Product Manager to drive the commercial success of our adhesive brands in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will own product category strategies, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration across local and European teams.

The role emphasizes go-to-market execution, data-driven decision making, and leadership within a small team including another Product Manager and a Digital Marketer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Experience as Product Manager or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product category strategies and roadmaps aligned with commercial objectives and local market opportunities.
• Drive product introductions and revenue growth within existing categories with go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns and POS strategies.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and enable data-driven decisions.
• Act as the go-to product expert; share knowledge within cross-functional teams locally and at corporate level.
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback to shape product improvements and future actions.
