Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Legal Counsel (Product) to join our Amsterdam team. You will provide strategic legal support to tech and product development, ensuring global alignment for new features and managing regulatory risk in the digital marketplace.

Based in Amsterdam with hybrid work, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams, review product features, and help shape policies and disclosures for a scalable platform.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified to practice law in the United Kingdom or a relevant European jurisdiction.
• Experience advising on tech-led, digital marketplace or consumer-facing platforms.
• Strong understanding of consumer protection, digital policies and platform disclosures.

Responsabilités

• Lead legal reviews of new product features and user journeys.
• Provide risk-managed guidance to engineering and product teams.
• Advise on consumer protection, digital policies and platform disclosures.
• Manage engagement with regulators, legislators and consumer bodies.
