Job summary

ING is seeking a Product Lead Investments in One App to drive end-to-end product lifecycle for scalable digital investment products. Based in Amsterdam and Nürnberg, you will collaborate acrossEurope to unify journeys and deliver customer-centric investments in the ING Mobile app.

You will own the roadmap, optimize features, and coordinate with business, technology and country stakeholders to enable fast, predictable delivery while balancing regulatory requirements and customer needs.

Job description

Are you ready to shape the future of digital investing at ING? As Product Lead Investments in One App, you will drive the development and success of scalable digital investment products that are at the heart of our Retail growth strategy. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to delivery, ensuring customer needs, business goals and international priorities come together in one seamless mobile investment experience.

The team

You will be part of the Global Global Tribe Investments organization and report hierarchically to the Global Proposition Owner Wealth Hub. You are based in Amsterdam and Nurnberg where your teams are located. You will work closely with business stakeholders, , technology teams, UX specialists, country representatives and other cross-functional colleagues across Europe. Together with your teams based in Amsterdam and Nurnberg, you will build the One Investments Platform and create unified, modular customer journeys for investing in the mobile app.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you turn strategy into measurable customer and business impact. You will be responsible for:

• Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of scalable digital investment products within One App.
• Develop the Wealth Hub to help customers optimize their investments and financial health.
• Merge existing mobile investment propositions into unified global customer journeys across Europe.
• Own and continuously improve the mobile investments experience while maintaining continuity for existing users.
• Prioritize features, manage the product backlog and optimize development processes to maximize customer and business value.
• Coordinate QBRs and align roadmap priorities, dependencies and decisions across countries.
• Design scalable, modular digital products that increase cross-country reuse and reduce local customization.
• Connect front-end innovation with existing backend systems across varied IT landscapes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, product performance and commercial contribution of mobile investment propositions.
• Translate legal and regulatory developments into customer-centric product solutions.

• Deliver at least 90% of the Wealth Hub roadmap against agreed quarterly priorities.
• Launch 2 to 3 significant customer-facing investment features or enhancements within the first 12 months.
• Improve customer experience and adoption of digital investment, reflected in measurable growth in engagement, NPS and CSAT.
• Increase reuse of investment capabilities across countries by delivering scalable and modular product solutions.
• Roll out the One Investments Platform in line with agreed milestones and country implementation plans.
• Maintain a healthy, transparent product backlog through clear prioritization, dependency management and resource planning.
• Create strong alignment across business, technology and country stakeholders, supporting faster decisions and predictable delivery.
• Balance customer needs, commercial objectives, regulatory requirements and technical constraints to deliver sustainable product outcomes.
• Communicate complex strategic and technical topics clearly, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and support execution.
