Job Title: Product Engineer
Reporting To: Professional, Production Planning & Control
Work Schedule: Onsite - Amsterdam, NL Product Engineer (32-40 hours)
Are you ready to take ownership of our innovative products and create engineering impact?
As a Product Engineer, you'll become the go‑to technical owner for our standardized product families throughout their entire in‑service lifecycle. From development through production to retirement, you'll ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and profitability.
Your work will involve managing engineering changes, preventing obsolescence issues before they become problems, maintaining critical BOMs and configurations, and diving deep into root cause analysis when things don't go as planned. This is a role where you'll see directly the results of your decisions and improvements on the production floor.
What makes this opportunity exciting is the variety and responsibility. One day you might be facilitating a Product Review Board meeting, the next you could be troubleshooting a production issue alongside manufacturing engineers or analyzing field data to drive product improvements.
We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and motivated to learn. If complex technical challenges excite you, collaboration within interdisciplinary teams energizes you, and you're not afraid to make engineering decisions, this role offers an exceptional foundation for your professional growth.
If you're excited about this opportunity and recognize yourself in this description, even if you don't tick every single box, we'd like to hear from you.
