Job summary

Bakken & Bæck AS is seeking a Product Designer to join our Amsterdam, Barcelona, London, Oslo, Bonn, or Berlin offices. You will help shape digital products from early exploration to launch, working with a multidisciplinary team to understand user and business needs and translate them into thoughtful solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate business requirements, stakeholder goals, and user needs into design solutions.
• Experience designing user flows and interactions for complex digital products.
• Experience across the full product design process.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Clear documentation and communication of design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital products from exploration to launch, balancing user and business needs.
• Work with designers, developers and clients to translate opportunities into concepts and implementations.
• Design interfaces, prototypes and systems across the product lifecycle.
• Experiment with new workflows and tools to improve design processes.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and share thinking openly.
