Job summary

Picnic Technologies in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Designer for our consumer team to own the design of our core mobile app, shaping the daily shopping experience for thousands in NL, Germany and France.

You’ll work within a dedicated product team and UX Guild, joining a fast-scaling environment that values autonomy, collaboration and adaptability over rigid processes. The role is on-site at our Amsterdam HQ.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience as a UX designer.
• Portfolio shows user-centered design cases.
• Hands-on experience in exploratory research to discover and define user problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of new features from beginning to end.
• Build and test prototypes weekly with real users.
• Document final design requirements for developers during the development phase.
• Learn and grow through mentoring from seasoned UX designers and researchers.
• Support design libraries and system maintenance.
• Continuously explore new ideas to initiate projects.
