Picnic is reinventing the grocery shopping experience, from meal planning to enjoying fresh food at home. Its consumer mobile app serves shoppers in the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

Задачи:

• Own end-to-end design of features, ensuring quality and a holistic customer perspective from initial insight to launch
• Collaborate with product owners and UX researchers to turn unclear problems into design directions, using exploratory research to ground decisions in customer needs
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes and test them with real customers weekly
• Document final interaction and UI design requirements, support developers during implementation, and ensure the experience is delivered as intended
• Contribute to Picnic’s design system and shared libraries, and explore new design ideas

Требования:

• Degree in a relevant design field, such as CMD, UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design
• 3–6 Years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and problem-solving for real people at scale
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping
• Collaborative, low-ego approach to building solutions
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to ask the right questions, form a point of view, and independently drive toward a direction
• Curious about AI as a design tool and as a feature in products
• Strong communication skills, including presenting work, explaining decisions, and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in English
