Job summary

Podimo ищет опытного дизайнера цифровых продуктов для работы в Европе. Ваша задача — исследовать поведение пользователей, проектировать paywall и ценностные proposition для разных аудиторий, а также улучшать onboarding, чтобы пользователи открывали новые шоу и активнее подключались к сервису.

Кандидату потребуется опыт в росте, монетизации и дизайне систем. Работа предусматривает гибридный формат и возможность удаленной работы в рамках ЕС.

Responsibilities

• Собирать и интерпретировать данные о пользовательском опыте и причинах оттока
• Проектировать paywall-стратегии для веб, iOS и Android
• Разрабатывать единый ценностный оффер для разных аудиторий
• Создавать возможности для социального распространения и привлечения новых пользователей
• Разрабатывать onboarding и помогать пользователям открывать новые шоу
• Сотрудничать с командой product design для совершенствования design system

Podimo is a European podcasting platform offering exclusive originals, audiobooks, and podcasts through a seamless technology-enabled experience. It produces, monetises, and distributes audio content while helping creators connect with audiences through a creator-first revenue-sharing model.

Задачи

• Gather quantitative and qualitative insights into user experiences and reasons for leaving the apps
• Design paywall strategies across web, iOS, and Android to convert new users and upgrade existing users
• Design cohesive value propositions for different audiences
• Design social sharing opportunities that bring new users to the platform
• Design onboarding experiences that help users discover new shows
• Work with the product design team to mature the design system across contexts

Требования

• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to shape problems and form hypotheses
• Analyse qualitative insights and interview customers to understand motivationsCommunicate insights clearly so stakeholders from different domains align on problems to solve
• Design interfaces with clear information hierarchies and low cognitive load
• Choose appropriate design tools for each task, including Figma, Claude, spreadsheets, or pen and paper
• Take ownership of defining the right problems and designing the right solutions
• Have 7+ years of experience designing digital products
• Have at least a couple of years of experience in growth, subscription, or monetisation teams
• Have a portfolio of case studies demonstrating clear problems, hypotheses, solution iterations, and achieved outcomes
• Be able to work within the European Union
• Nice to have: Passion and knowledge of podcasts, audio and video content, creators, entertainment, and the media industry
