Podimo zoekt een creatieve social media specialist met passie voor video en platformstrategie. Je levert content voor YouTube, Instagram en TikTok, bouwt actieve communities en versterkt onze aanwezigheid op meerdere kanalen.

Je analyseert prestaties, optimaliseert content per platform en werkt nauw samen met editors, designers en het marketingteam. Ervaring met CapCut Pro, Canva en Notion is een plus; rijbewijs B vereist.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het beheren van social media kanalen.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring met YouTube, algoritme, contentformats en SEO.
• Affiniteit met TikTok en Instagram; actuele social trends monitoren.
• Teamplayer die graag samen social content maakt.
• Sterke storyteller met oog voor beeld en captions.
• Bekend met CapCut Pro, Canva en Notion.

Ben jij een creatieve social media specialist met een passie voor video, community én platform strategie? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van relevante, platformgerichte content, het opbouwen van actieve communities én het versterken van Podimo’s aanwezigheid op YouTube en andere sociale kanalen. Dit is een mooie kans voor iemand die graag verhalen vertelt, analyseert én weet hoe je verschillende doelgroepen op verschillende platforms bereikt en betrekt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Contentstrategie & creatie

• Meedenken over en uitvoeren van social contentstrategieën op YouTube, Instagram en TikTok.

• Zelfstandig ontwikkelen van creatieve assets (trend videos, stories, thumbnails en captions).

• Bewaakt de dagelijkse social planning en voert deze uit

• Briefen van de video editors voor snappy social edits (Reels, TikToks en Long format)

• Samenwerken met podcastmakers, designers en het marketingteam om de juiste formats per show te creëren.

• Verzamelt inspiratie en referenties voor campagnes en lanceringen, en levert daarmee input voor de social media plannen.

• Voert campagnes uit

Groei & optimalisatie

• Analyseer prestaties per platform (watch time, engagement, groei)

• Optimaliseer content per platform (o.a. hashtags, beschrijvingen, captions en SEO)

• Maakt gebruik van Analytics tools (zoals Metricool of Meta business), monitor KPI’s en meet & vier succes.

• Draagt ideeën aan voor verbeteringen en content series

• Levert input voor deepdives van showkanalen en rapporteert inzichten aan de Social Media Manager

Youtube

• Runt ons YouTube-kanaal van A tot Z: je levert input voor de strategie, maakt de planning, ontwikkelt formats en stuurt op resultaat.

• Helpt (nieuwe) podcasts met het opzetten van een Youtube account

• Deelt je YouTube-kennis met de showkanalen: je denkt met ze mee, adviseert over formats en optimalisatie, en helpt ze groeien.

Dit ben jij:

• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring met het beheren van social media kanalen.

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

• Je hebt ervaring met YouTube en kent het algoritme, contentformats en SEO-trucs van binnen en buiten.

• Je hebt affiniteit met TikTok en Instagram: je weet wat werkt, houdt de social ontwikkelingen scherp in de gaten en past ze toe op een manier die bij het merk past.

• Je bent een teamspeler die energie krijgt van samen social content maken.

• Je bent een sterke storyteller met oog voor beeld en een creatieve pen voor captions.

• Tools als CapCut Pro, Canva en Notion zijn jou niet vreemd.

• Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en denkt in oplossingen (en content formats).

• Je bent op de hoogte van de social trends en vindt het leuk om te pionieren.

• Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.

Affiniteit met podcasts, boeken of media en entertainment is een grote pré.
