Job summary

BARTS, based in Amsterdam's Houthavens, seeks a Product Support Specialist to join our Product & Design team. You’ll handle administrative tasks around sampling and production, ensuring data is accurate and up to date, and you’ll support suppliers and internal teams with timely information.

You’ll work with Excel and ERP systems, accumulate experience in product development, and contribute to smooth administration behind the scenes within a creative, international brand.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who keeps administration well organized and handles data accurately.
• You enjoy working with systems and Excel, and follow up on missing information.
• You can quickly learn about product development processes and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage product, sample and supplier information in our systems.
• Enter and verify data in ERP systems and Excel, keeping records up to date.
• Monitor progress of samples, shipments and outstanding tasks.
• Follow up on supplier agreements and actions from an administrative perspective.
• Maintain contact with suppliers for administrative follow up.
• Ensure information is complete and discrepancies are identified.
