Job summary
Huxley is seeking a Business Product Analyst to support the product team in delivering maximum value by aligning features with real user needs, and by measuring impact through KPIs and business cases. You will drive process change, gather and validate user requirements, support product roadmaps, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and continuity.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is a plus, as is familiarity
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment configuration.
- Proven ability to gather and translate user requirements into features.
- Experience in CISO processes and governance advantageous.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder alignment to drive product changes.
Responsibilities
- Document current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define future-state processes with product capabilities.
- Validate requirements with users and support prioritisation.
- Ensure UAT and testing of business processes.
- Support data modelling and data source selection.
- Contribute to long-term product roadmaps.
- Drive product adoption through workshops and enablement.
- Maintain SLA-aligned product continuity and incident management.
- Configure and adjust products per user requirements.
