Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Business Product Analyst to support the product team in delivering maximum value by aligning features with real user needs, and by measuring impact through KPIs and business cases. You will drive process change, gather and validate user requirements, support product roadmaps, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and continuity.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is a plus, as is familiarity

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment configuration.
  • Proven ability to gather and translate user requirements into features.
  • Experience in CISO processes and governance advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder alignment to drive product changes.

Business Product Analyst
Purpose of the Job

A Business Product Analyst (BPA) supports the product team in achieving the maximum value potential of the product by ensuring the product is built according to the right requirements, driving user adoption, and realising business process change. The BPA is responsible for analysing product impact and making this measurable.

A BPA drives business process change by designing future-state processes, collaborating with users, uncovering requirements, and supporting product prioritisation. They identify user pain points, improve adoption, support product configuration, and contribute to incident management and service continuity where required. Due to their close collaboration with users, BPAs are well-positioned to identify opportunities for new products and business improvements.

Project Focus
  • Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Premium AI for CV Screening
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment is required, specifically configuration experience
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder alignment skills, with the ability to work closely with the business on requirements gathering and validation
  • Experience with CISO processes, build permits, and related governance procedures is considered a strong advantage
Organisational Context
  • Business Platforms own and support a set of related business processes through digital products.
  • Product teams are responsible for delivering and maintaining products within the platform.
  • The BPA reports to the Business Product Analysis Leader and works closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
Key Result Areas
1. Business Process Change
  • Understand and document current business processes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Design future-state business processes aligned with product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with users to refine and validate process changes.
  • Support organisational adoption of new processes.
2. User Requirements Gathering, Specification & Prioritisation
  • Gather and analyse user requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant regulations (GDPR, labour agreements, legislation, etc.).
  • Translate requirements into clear product features.
  • Support technical teams in evaluating implementation options based on effort versus value.
  • Support Product Owners with feature prioritisation.
  • Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is performed.
  • Support business process testing activities.
3. Product Analysis
  • Measure business impact against relevant KPIs and business case objectives.
  • Regularly test the product from a user perspective to identify issues and improvements.
4. Supporting the Product Team
  • Support functional design activities.
  • Support data modelling activities and data source selection.
  • Contribute to long-term product roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product impact.
  • Support the development of business cases.
5. User Adoption
  • Drive product adoption through requirement gathering and issue resolution.
  • Organise workshops, training sessions, and user enablement activities.
6. Support
  • Help ensure product continuity in accordance with SLAs.
  • Participate in incident management activities.
  • Configure and adjust products to meet user requirements.
  • Maintain application parameters and data/control table configurations.
7. Data Management (Product-Specific)
  • Ensure compliant use of data.
  • Define and maintain business rules, classifications, and data definitions.
  • Monitor and improve data quality.
  • Manage metadata and master data.
  • Maintain Data Delivery Agreements.
  • Provide reporting and monitoring support.
  • Support projects using the data domain.
  • Promote data management awareness.
8. Data Management (General)
  • Use data in compliance with Data Principles & Policy.
