Siemens Software, Mendix product team, is seeking a Product Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across R&D. You will transform raw platform signals into actionable product insights and empower Product Managers to act quickly with analytics embedded in the development lifecycle.

Improving our product starts with a deep understanding of how it is used. We need to know how new platform features perform, where the friction points lie, and where the next big opportunity for innovation is hiding. These questions are at the heart of our Product and R&D teams, who are responsible for building and maintaining the entire Mendix ecosystem.
As a Product Analyst, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. You will guide and support the R&D organization in embedding advanced analytics into the development lifecycle. Your mission is to transform raw platform signals into actionable product insights that empower our Product Managers to make smarter, faster decisions.
Our group is distributed across Munich, Germany and Rotterdam, Netherlands. We drive innovation within Mendix, working on modern technologies crucial to developing an Agentic Enterprise Platform. You will work closely with the team building the Mendix Platform Agents Kit, playing a key role in shaping the future of AI-driven low-code development. The salary range for this position is €69,100 to 95,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
