Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a Process Engineer for Procurement (Source-to-Pay). You will lead and optimize procurement processes, collaborating with category teams, IT, and supply chain to implement SRM and SAP S/4HANA, translating business needs into system logic.

The role focuses on improving purchasing execution, data reporting with Power BI, and supporting a sustainable, secure supply chain in a high-tech manufacturing environment with international teams and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven ability to drive improvements from analysis to implementation.
Experience with SAP ECC and SRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Lead cross-functional projects with IT and category teams to optimize Source-to-Pay.
Define and implement future-state procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor supplier performance and process outcomes.
