Job summary

Everience, an international consulting group, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing in a complex IT/OT environment. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, manage procurement activities, and support supplier onboarding and evaluations.

Responsibilities include market scans, RFx documentation, milestone planning, and coordinating contracting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement experience (10+ years preferred).
• Experience at Procurement Manager level or in a comparable strategic sourcing role.
• Proven experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives, complex tenders and supplier selection processes.
• Strong background in IT procurement; experience within OT environments is highly desirable.
• Experience in the wind energy sector and/or with SCADA systems is considered a strong asset
• Experience working within large and complex matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to challenge constructively and build alignment between business, commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain transparency and auditability throughout procurement processes.
• Ability to translate business, technical, security and operational requirements into practical sourcing strategies and procurement plans.
• Pragmatic and delivery-oriented, balancing procurement quality, governance and compliance with project timelines and business objectives.
• Ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple dependencies and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, collaborative and comfortable working both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• High level of integrity and sound judgement when handling commercially sensitive and confidential information.
