Job summary

JDE Peet's in Amsterdam is looking for a Procurement Director for Global Emerging Markets to lead their procurement agenda with a spend responsibility of over €1bn. In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing team, execute sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of procurement leadership experience, a strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex global environments. An MBA or further qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement leadership experience in a global environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large procurement teams.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of regional procurement managers across GEM.
• Develop sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings.
