Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director for Capability Building & Change Management to lead communication, change initiatives, and capability-building within Global Procurement Transformation. The role collaborates with procurement leaders, digital teams, L&D, and external partners to drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and new tools while embedding consistent branding and practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; relevant certification in change management, learning and development, project/program management, or procurement is an advantage.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement in a global corporate environment; experience with AI transformations, program communications, change management, or learning enablement is highly preferred.
• Ability to create clear communication plans and support readiness, adoption planning, reinforcement, and measurement for new ways of working.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own communication and stakeholder engagement for Global Procurement Transformation.
• Develop audience-relevant communication plans for priorities and initiatives.
• Translate complex topics into clear messages about changes, support, and actions.
• Equip leaders with messaging, assets, and adoption materials.
• Develop internal branding materials, launch narratives, FAQs, toolkits, and adoption content.
• Drive change readiness, adoption planning, reinforcement, and measurement.
• Shaping launch plans and readiness materials for new procurement technologies and AI-enabled use cases.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive practical actions to address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working and sustain momentum.
• Track participation, adoption, and business impact with simple indicators.
