Job summary

Teva seeks an Associate Director to lead capability building and change management within Global Procurement Transformation. You will own communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of AI-enabled procurement tools across a multinational context, partnering with L&D and technology teams.

The role focuses on building capabilities, creating reusable assets, and embedding new ways of working with a structured, data-driven approach. A Master’s degree and 7+ years in procurement are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; certification in change management is an advantage.
• 7+ years of procurement in a global corporate environment with experience in AI transformations, program communications, change management, or learning enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own communication plans and stakeholder engagement for Global Procurement Transformation.
• Lead change readiness, adoption planning, and reinforcement for procurement tools and AI-enabled use cases.
• Create practical learning assets and enablement content to support adoption of new tools and digital solutions.
• Track adoption metrics and continuously improve learning content and user experience.
