Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food Europe is seeking a driven Procurement Change & Capability Lead to join our Centre of Excellence. You will design the capability framework, identify gaps and build development roadmaps that elevate procurement across markets and functions.

In this role you will deliver learning programmes, lead change initiatives and promote best practice adoption, collaborating with People & Culture and procurement leaders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement background with transformation/change experience.
• Experience in capability building, training design or skills development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and procurement tools (SAP, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the procurement capability framework including skills taxonomies and maturity assessments.
• Identify capability gaps, design development roadmaps and upskill organisation-wide.
• Design and deliver learning programmes covering procurement processes, tools and ESG topics.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new tools, systems and policies.
• Support deployment of the Procure‑to‑Pay ecosystem and foster communities of practice across markets.
