The HEINEKEN Company is offering an Internship in Global Indirect Procurement: Vendor Consolidation in Amsterdam. You will join the Global Procurement Team and use data analytics to uncover opportunities, supporting the Vendor Consolidation programme and translating insights into decisions across markets.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme for the entire internship.
• Analytical, structured and detail-oriented with data experience.
• Clear written and spoken English; international collaboration experience is a plus.
• Curious and reliable; ability to investigate inconsistencies rather than accept surface results.
• Experience with Power BI/Power Query or similar tools is a plus; other analytics experience welcome.

Responsabilités

• Analyse supplier and spend data across Categories, Regions and OpCos, with data cleansing and quality checks.
• Prepare Category × OpCo supplier-landscape views and identify fragmentation patterns.
• Maintain the Vendor Consolidation opportunity pipeline and programme tracker.
• Map suppliers to contracts and buying channels; track supplier changes and spend migrations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and translate analysis into executive-ready slides.
• Collaborate with Global Category teams, Regional/Local Procurements, Digital/Data Analytics, and Finance as needed.
