Job summary

Novartis Baarle-Nassau seeks a QC Analyst to ensure our products are safe, reliable, and of exceptional quality. You will perform analytical testing on products and materials, manage samples, and report deviations within tight timelines, contributing to a high-quality production environment.

You will operate in a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical setting, applying laboratory expertise and a quality mindset while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or a comparable life-science field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of good laboratory practices and current GMP.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail in documentation and lab processes.
• Openness to new technologies and continuous improvement mindset.
• Clear, open communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document analytical testing on finished products, materials, and stability samples in accordance with GxP standards.
• Manage, store, and track samples to ensure traceability and accuracy.
• Conduct, interpret, and report microbiological monitoring within cleanrooms at the Baarle-Nassau site.
• Report technical complaints, deviations, or special situations within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and compliant QC laboratory environment.
• Apply and follow safety, radiation, and laboratory regulations to prevent risks.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement through proactive identification and solution-oriented actions.
