Job summary

ROCKWOOL is seeking a Process Operator to operate and monitor the machines used to manufacture stone wool insulation products and building panels. You will work in a 3-, 4- or 5-shift schedule and ensure the production process runs safely, efficiently and to quality standards.

You will perform operating tasks, monitor processes, conduct quality checks and record information, while supporting your team to meet daily targets. A proactive, safety-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational education or equivalent.
• Good understanding of machines and production processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Safety-conscious and accurate in work.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and adjust production machinery.
• Monitor production process and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Carry out quality checks and measurements.
• Record production and quality information.
• Help team achieve daily production targets.
• Keep the workplace safe, clean and organized.
• Suggest improvements to increase safety, quality and efficiency.
