Job summary

Prothya Biosolutions is seeking a Packaging Operator B to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of pharmaceutical products. You will perform packaging and visual inspections, operate packaging machinery, and adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an MBO diploma with two years in a similar manufacturing role. Dutch language proficiency is required, and basic English is preferred. Pharmacy packaging experience, cartoners, and labelling know-how are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in an operator or manufacturing role (MBO level)
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry is desirable but not mandatory
• Labellers is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging materials, components, and finished products are handled correctly according to approved specifications.
• Package finished products in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Operate packaging machinery including visual inspection machines, cartoners, and labellers.
• Perform detailed visual inspections of finished products to identify defects or non-conformities.
• Comply with cGMP, SOPs, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations in all packaging activities.

The Packaging Operator B is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and integrity of pharmaceutical products through accurate packaging operations, meticulous visual inspection, and compliance with company standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging materials, components, and finished products are handled correctly and used according to approved specifications.
• Package finished products in accordance with approved SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Operate packaging machinery, including visual inspection machines, cartoners, labellers, and other packaging equipment.
• Perform detailed visual inspections of finished products to identify defects, damage, contamination, or other non-conformities.
• Perform all packaging activities in compliance with cGMP, approved SOPs, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• MBO diploma or equivalent with of two years experience in an operator or manufacturing role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related regulated industry is desirable but not mandatory.
• labellers is an advantage.

Language Requirements

• Good command of Dutch, both written and spoken, is required.
• Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken, are preferred.
