Job summary

Saint-Gobain Isover zoekt een Operator C in Etten-Leur om productieprocessen te monitoren en bij te sturen voor optimale prestaties, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

U voert aanpassingen uit volgens productieplannen en technische specificaties en werkt samen met voormannen en technische teams om continue verbeteringen door te voeren.

Qualifications

• Vereiste: MBO niveau 3 of hoger, bij voorkeur VAPRO B of gelijkwaardig.
• Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als Operator in een industriële productie.
• Sterk technisch begrip van productieprocessen, machines en procedures.
• Ervaring met monitoring, bijsturen en optimalisatie van processen.
• In staat technische en operationele verstoringen te identificeren en op te lossen.
• Grote aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid op de werkplek en operationele efficiëntie.
• Proactieve, analytische en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerking met collega's en supervisors.
• In staat zelfstandig te werken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en onder druk effectief te blijven.
• Bereidheid om in een roterend 3-ploegensysteem te werken en deel te nemen aan extra technische training.

Responsibilities

• Productieprocessen monitoren en controleren voor optimale prestaties, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
• Productieparameters aanpassen op basis van schema's en specificaties.
• Operationele afwijkingen identificeren en oplossen in samenwerking met de voorman.
• Terugkerende productieproblemen onderzoeken en duurzame improvements doorvoeren.
• Productiegegevens analyseren, rapporten opstellen en verbetermaatregelen voorstellen.
• Ondersteunen van dagelijkse productiecoördinatie, prioriteiten en teamoverleggen.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbeterinitiatieven gericht op efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit.
• Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
• Samenwerken met productiecollega's en technische teams om operationele doelstellingen te behalen.

Wat wij vragen

• Completed technical education at MBO level 3 or higher, preferably VAPRO B or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant experience as an Operator or Process Operator within an industrial production environment.

• Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery and operational procedures.

• Experience monitoring, adjusting and optimising industrial production processes.

• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve technical and operational disruptions.

• Strong attention to product quality, workplace safety and operational efficiency.

• A proactive, analytical and solution-oriented working approach.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and remain effective under pressure.

• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system and participate in additional technical training when required.
