Job summary

Saint-Gobain Isover in Etten-Leur zoekt een Operator C om productieprocessen te monitoren en af te stemmen op planning en kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt met collega's en technische teams, identificeert afwijkingen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen. Werk in een roulatie 3-ploegendienst is vereist.

Qualifications

• Compleet MBO-3+ diploma met voorkeur VAPRO B.
• Enkele jaren ervaring als Operator/Procesoperator in industrieel productie-omgeving.
• Sterk technisch begrip van productieprocessen en apparatuur.
• Ervaring met monitoren, aanpassen en optimaliseren van productie.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
• Proactieve, analytische en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerking.
• Zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en stressbestendigheid.
• Bereidheid tot 3-schifteilig werken en aanvullende training.

Responsibilities

• Monitoren en controleren van productieprocessen voor optimale prestaties, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
• Pas productieparameters aan volgens schema's en specificaties.
• Identificeren en oplossen van operationele afwijkingen met de voorman.
• Onderzoeken van terugkerende problemen en doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
• Anayseren van productiegegevens en opstellen van rapportages.
• Ondersteunen van dagelijkse productiecoördinatie en teamoverleggen.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbeterinitiatieven voor efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid.
• Zorg dragen voor naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
• Samenwerken met collega's en technische teams om doelstellingen te halen.

Samenvatting

Join Saint-Gobain Isover in Etten-Leur as an Operator C and play an essential role in ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality industrial production.

Over de functie

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance, safety and product quality.

• Adjust production parameters according to production schedules, output requirements and technical specifications.

• Identify and resolve operational deviations and technical disruptions in collaboration with the working foreman.

• Investigate recurring production issues and implement sustainable improvements.

• Analyse production data, prepare reports and recommend practical improvement measures.

• Support daily production coordination, priority setting and team discussions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability and quality.

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with production colleagues and technical teams to achieve operational targets.

Wat wij vragen

• Completed technical education at MBO level 3 or higher, preferably VAPRO B or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant experience as an Operator or Process Operator within an industrial production environment.

• Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery and operational procedures.

• Experience monitoring, adjusting and optimising industrial production processes.

• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve technical and operational disruptions.

• Strong attention to product quality, workplace safety and operational efficiency.

• A proactive, analytical and solution-oriented working approach.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and remain effective under pressure.

• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system and participate in additional technical training when required.
