Kraft Heinz, Inc. in the Netherlands invites you to join an internship focused on learning processing technologies and CFD modeling of unit operations within the Kraft Heinz portfolio.

You will generate data through pilot plant trials and develop, validate, and simulate CFD/mathematical models for key unit operations under investigation. Additionally, you will perform techno-economic evaluations of model outcomes, set conclusions and recommendations, and share knowledge within the HIC and other

Formación

• Master's level student in food processing technology or chemical engineering.
• Experience with CFD simulations using COMSOL Multiphysics or ANSYS.
• Knowledge of rheology and its application to food systems is desirable.

Learning about Processing technologies and potential applications for the Kraft Heinz portfolio. Data generation by performing pilot plant trials with different unit operations and the key unit operation under investigation Developing, validating and simulation of CFD / mathematical / data models for key unit operations under investigation Carrying out a techno-economic evaluation on the outcome generated by model. Set conclusions & recommendations. Sharing knowledge within the HIC and other departments (presentation and final report). Education: Master's level in food processing technology or chemical food/chemical related engineering Knowledge on: food processing, unit operations and process modelling. Experience with CFD simulations using COMSOL Multiphysics or similar software (e.g., ANSYS). Knowledge of rheology and its application to food systems is desirable. You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus) You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship. NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa)
