Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience with process development and transfer in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement projects.
• Good understanding of Change Management principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new processes or products, ensuring effective transfer and integration.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional investigations into production issues, identifying root causes and developing corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyse and prioritize opportunities for improving technical or business processes.
• Initiate and manage process improvement projects to optimize systems, workflows, and behaviors.
• Use data-driven approaches to support decision-making and improve operations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Change Management tools to lead projects, facilitate Kaizen events, and coach team members and sponsors.
• Work with moderate supervision, demonstrating technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
