A leading management consulting firm in Amsterdam is seeking a Process Engineer to assist in expanding consulting activities in Life Sciences & Chemicals. Applicants should have a Master's degree and relevant experience in a GMP environment. Key responsibilities include process design, validation of technology, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications
A first working experience in the Life Sciences industry, ideally in a GMP or MD environment.
Experience in process engineering, mechanical engineering, facility engineering, or similar.
Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies or Project Management.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Responsibilities
Qualification of equipment and systems, implementation, validation of new technology.
Experience with validation activities in a GMP environment.
Process design and continuous process improvement; identify areas for improvement.
Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and initiate changes.
Keep SOPs and WIs updated with excellent documentation practices.
Conduct risk management and root cause analysis for issues.
