Drive end-to-end excellence in Commerce & Marketing

We are looking for a Process Excellence Lead (PEL) for our global Commerce & Marketing domain. In this role, you ensure that process, data, systems and organizational capabilities work together as one integrated, scalable operating model. You act as integrator across business, process, data and IT. While the business owns outcomes, you ensure the enabling capabilities are designed, aligned and continuously improved to deliver value. You co‑own the transformation and improvement roadmap with the Functional Chief and translate strategic priorities into actionable global and regional initiatives.

Your impact

• Co‑own the Commerce & Marketing transformation and improvement roadmap with the Functional Chief.
• Own and safeguard the global C&M process and data template.
• Translate business priorities into aligned process, data and technology improvements.
• Lead functional governance across process, data, IT and analytics.
• Align global standards with regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and benefit realization.
• Build and lead the Process Excellence community across global and regional teams.

What you will do

• Act as strategic partner to the Functional Chief and functional leadership team.
• Ensure alignment between global standards and regional deployment.
• Lead governance discussions on process, data and system changes.
• Drive prioritization of improvement initiatives based on business value.
• Oversee adoption of global templates in transformation programs.
• Enable collaboration across GPOs, IT, Data & Analytics and regional teams.
• Strengthen capability and ownership across the Process Excellence network.

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation or operational excellence within a global FMCG or consumer goods environment.
• Deep expertise in Commerce & Marketing capabilities, including Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, Sales Force Automation and Commercial Data Management.
• Strong understanding of enabling technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, TPM solutions, commercial planning tools (e.g. BluePlanner, Visualfabriq) and Sales Force Automation platforms.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
