Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle seeks a Process Excellence Lead to drive end-to-end excellence across Commerce & Marketing. You will integrate process, data, systems and organizational capabilities into a scalable operating model with global and regional impact.

The role acts as an integrator across business, process, data and IT, co-owns the transformation roadmap, and translates strategic priorities into actionable initiatives for value delivery. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation or operational excellence within a global FMCG or consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic partner to the Functional Chief and functional leadership team.
Ensure alignment between global standards and regional deployment.
Lead governance discussions on process, data and system changes.
Drive prioritization of improvement initiatives based on business value.
Oversee adoption of global templates in transformation programs.
Enable collaboration across GPOs, IT, Data & Analytics and regional teams.
Strengthen capability and ownership across the Process Excellence network.
