Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Zevenaar is seeking a Process Engineer to influence and enhance our production systems, ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainability in our manufacturing environment. You will own analyzing and improving processes, collaborating with operators and cross-functional teams, and applying Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable improvements across the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or closely related field.
• Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies with measurable results.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and map current production processes to identify improvements.
• Lead targeted process improvement projects with operators and Technical Services.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to diagnose inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Drive cost reduction, quality improvements, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Audit processes and products to ensure compliance and risk control.
• Lead introduction and commissioning of new machinery and processes.
