Job summary

Anteryon in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, is seeking a Process Engineer to drive production process improvements and support the introduction of new products. You will lead optimization efforts and collaborate across teams to enhance safety, quality, reliability and efficiency on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Assembly Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least five years in a similar role; Lean Six Sigma experience is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Assembly Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (fine assembly).
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Continuously improving and optimizing operational processes in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability, Efficiency, Capacity, and Technical Capability.
Leading Process Improvement projects and creating organizational support for technical solutions, based on Lean Six Sigma principles.
Approving changes on the shop floor (such as new components from new suppliers, new equipment, etc.).
Supporting R&D in the development and industrialization of new products and technologies, including leading pilot productions.
