Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Holtum is seeking a Process Engineer who will support multiple improvement initiatives, report on project progress, and initiate changes to optimize quality on the work floor. You analyze the current situation and define a future state to be implemented with the project team.

You will develop business cases, gain management and customer support for proposed changes, and collaborate with Site Management, Shift Managers, and Team Leaders to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education, preferably in a logistics-related field.
• Several years of experience with project-based work in a similar role and logistics environment.
• Affinity with or experience in process optimization; knowledge of Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
• A strong personality who can implement changes positively and clearly explain the reasoning behind them to management, customers, and warehouse operators.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ambitious mindset and ability to see opportunities for improvement in every challenge.
• Good command of the English language (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support multiple improvement initiatives and report on project progress.
