Job summary

TNO in Eindhoven zoekt een Senior Process Engineer Plasma die mee bouwt aan een pilote lijn voor InP fotonische chips. Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert plasmaprocessen en richt je op deposition en etching van dielectics voor wafer‑scale productie, met aandacht voor betrouwbaarheid en yield.

Je hebt een Master en ruime ervaring in high‑tech cleanrooms, en werkt aan innovatieve, Europese PIXEurope projecten in een cutting‑edge omgeving in Eindhoven.

Qualifications

• Ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en beheren van plasma‑processen voor wafer‑scale fotonische chips.
• Ervaring met depositie en etching van dielectica en droog etching van III/V halfgeleiders.
• Zorg dragen voor stabiele, schaalbare en hoge yield productiemethoden.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor procesontwikkeling en -optimalisatie in een high‑tech cleanroom.
• Focus op deposition en etching van SiO2 en SiN.
• Beheer van plasma‑gerelateerde procesparameters en procesvalidatie.
