Job summary

  • Ability to implement regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Drive standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement on the production floor.
  • Able to present clearly to upper management.

Responsibilities

This role is key to achieving high-quality assembly and testing of a wide range of complex electronic devices.

For our global hardware product assembly operation, located in Delft, we are seeking an experienced process engineer, with knowledge of electronics and testing, to join our production team. The candidate needs to have the capability and knowledge as listed below:

  • Production and Process Planning
  • Workforce Planning and Optimization
  • Layout Design and Facility Planning
  • Process Improvement
  • Data Analysis and Decision‑Making
  • Testing and Evaluation
  • Compliance and Safety
  • Quality Assurance and Control
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and testing. Strong knowledge in electronic circuitry.
  • Broad knowledge of electronic products and assembly processes.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor operational compliance against applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Drive process standardization, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives. Able to provide continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
  • Manage multiple priorities, assess risks and tradeoffs, propose and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Results‑driven, having a growth mindset in the knowledge of products.
  • Able to make clear and confident presentation to upper management
  • Able to work independently and focus on meeting business objectives.
  • Proficient with Oracle, shopfloor, Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint
