Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. in Delft, Netherlands seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to drive high‑quality assembly and testing of complex electronic devices on our global hardware production line.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing and testing, strong knowledge of electronics, and proficiency with Oracle, shopfloor systems, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Dutch and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and testing.
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and products.
Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions; collaborate across teams.
Establish, implement and monitor operational compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Drive process standardization, digitalization and operational excellence on the production floor.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess risks and propose solutions.
Fluent Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality assembly and testing of a wide range of complex electronic devices.
For our global hardware product assembly operation in Delft, join the production team and bring capability in electronics and testing.
Lead production planning, workforce planning and layout design for the facility.
Drive process improvement, standardization, and data-driven decision making.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
Present clear updates to upper management.
