Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Almere zoekt een Future Operator om assemblage, kwaliteitscontrole en administratieve taken uit te voeren. Je werkt met moderne machines in een twee‑ploegendienst. Ervaring in assemblage of productie is een pré, samen met technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid. Het salaris kan oplopen tot €3,550 bruto per maand met een tijdelijke overeenkomst en mogelijkheden voor een vast dienstverband. Onkostenvergoeding voor woonwerkverkeer is inclusief.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in de assemblage of productie in een technische omgeving is een pré.
• Technisch inzicht en ervaring met handgereedschap en elektrische gereedschappen.
• Ervaring met kwaliteitsinspecties en meetinstrumenten.

Responsibilities

• Assemblage van complexe producten en componenten volgens technische tekeningen.
• Uitvoering van elektrische verbindingen en producttesten met meetapparatuur.
• Identificeren en rapporteren van afwijkingen voor kwaliteitsborging.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a Future Operator, you will work at challenging production stations within our manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling, mounting, and inspecting semi‑finished and finished products. With your technical insight and precise working style, you contribute to an efficient production process and high product quality standards. You will work with modern machines and tools while actively contributing ideas for process improvements.

• Assembly: assembling complex products and components based on technical drawings and work instructions.
• Testing: performing electrical connections and product testing using measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
• Quality Control: identifying, correcting, and reporting deviations to ensure product quality.
• Administration: recording material usage, working hours, and rejected parts in the ERP system.
• Coaching: supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues while contributing to a safe working environment.

Working hours: 2‑Shift Schedule

Morning Shift: 06:00-15:00 (Friday 06:00-12:00)
Afternoon Shift: 15:00-00:00 (Friday 12:00-18:00)
