Job summary

TopRecroot is expanding its private equity practice in the Netherlands. The role focuses on deal sourcing, rigorous due diligence, and sophisticated financial modeling to drive value creation across portfolio companies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess targets, build valuation models, and support negotiations through to final documentation. Prior PE, IB, or consulting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in the Netherlands, focusing on Small or middle-market companies.
• Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.
• Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.
• Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in the European private equity market.
