Qualifications

• 3–12+ years of experience in private equity, M&A, or investment banking.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Solid English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/investments concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, diligent approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform diligence and analysis to select co-investments across industries/geographies, including APG’s Impact Investing mandate.
• Prepare and present investment proposals to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and evaluate follow-on opportunities.
• Develop and manage GP relationships from a Co-Invest perspective.
• Assist with APG strategic projects and contribute to responsible investing leadership.
