Job summary

NLC Health Ventures in Amsterdam seeks a Capital Acquisition Manager to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and private wealth networks across the Netherlands and Europe. You will develop a steady investor pipeline and represent NLC at relevant events.

This role focuses on networking, follow-through, and closing deals, coordinating with investor relations and operations teams to ensure timely information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private banking, wealth management, or a closely related client-facing role.
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English.
• Not necessarily arriving with a large network, but you know how to build one and enjoy doing it.
• Energetic about sales and relationship building: you follow up, you follow through, and you close.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private bankers, and wealth managers, primarily in the Netherlands.
• Attend local business and social events where our investor audience spends time, not international conferences.
• Work on inbound leads from LinkedIn and HubSpot campaigns.
