In this hands-on leadership role you will design and implement real-time and event-based solutions, mentor engineers, and contribute to strategic directions across Kafka, Azure, and cloud platforms. Excellent English and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data engineering experience with real-time and event-based data integration.
• Knowledge of Kafka ecosystem, Azure Functions, Event Hub, and Azure Event Bus.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Java, and C#, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud.
• Fluent English; proficient in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement state-of-the-art real-time and event-based data integration solutions.
• Mentor and lead within the company, guiding consultants and junior developers/engineers in innovative integration technologies.
• Champion innovation and advocate for high-quality solutions.
• Shape company strategies for real-time and event-based data integration.
